1. General

• These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, and deliveries from IRAluminum
• Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Quotations and Agreements

• All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• An agreement is considered final after IRAluminum has provided written confirmation.

3. Prices

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
• Price changes due to external factors (e.g., raw material price increases) will be communicated promptly and passed on.

4. Payment

• Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• In the case of late payment, IRAluminum. reserves the right to charge interest and collection fees.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.
• The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery.

6. Liability

• IRAluminum is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service related to the damage.

7. Warranty

• IRAluminum provides a warranty on manufacturing defects and material faults, as specified in our warranty terms.
• The warranty is void in cases of misuse, insufficient maintenance, or modifications made by the customer.

8. Cancellation and Returns

• Cancellation of an order is only possible with written approval from IRAluminum
• Returns are only accepted if agreed upon in advance in writing. Any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All designs, drawings, prototypes, and other intellectual property remain the property of IRAluminum unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Reproduction or use of our designs without permission is not allowed.

10. Force Majeure

• IRAluminum is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or transportation or supply disruptions.

11. Disputes

• All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
• Disputes will be resolved amicably wherever possible. If this fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
